To all Teega Parcel Owners,
Please be informed that our 2nd Annual General Meeting shall be held on 22nd June 2019(Saturday) in our Teega Suite’s Function Room (ED Level) at 10.00am (Registration to start at 9.30am).
Hence, we would like to invite all parcel owners and eligible voters (the list shall be published 48 hours before the AGM) to attend.
All parcel owners who have yet to settle their dues (Maintenance Charges, Sinking Fund , Fire Insurance, Quit Rent, Water bills) as at 31st May 2019, we would like to advise you to do so before 7 days of the AGM in order to be in the eligible voters listing.
The relevant documents for the 2nd AGM shall be registered posted to all individual parcel owners by 1st June 2019.
Alternatively, you can also visit https://teega.com.my/2nd-agm/ to review the mentioned documents. The site is password protected and only parcel owners will have access to it.
