Mailbox users are advised not to place any valuable items (e.g. keys and access cards) and perishable items (e.g. food or beverages) inside their mailbox and shall be personally responsible for the security of the property they place inside the mailbox.
Management shall not be held liable for any loss or damage should mailbox users choose to ignore this precaution.
