Ref: QUIT RENT CHARGES
Refer to the matter above, please be informed that the Quit Rent charges for 2020 shall remain as per last year (2019) at RM 171,780.00 after consideration on our appeal by Pejabat Tanah & Galian (PTG). Kindly refer to the appendix A for the details.
For those residents who have paid the Quit Rent charges, we shall credit the overpaid amount to the maintenance fee.
