Dear Valued Residents & Owners,
REF : Inter-floor Leaking
In accordance with Strata Management (Maintenance & Management) Regulations 2015, Section 55 to 63, kindly report to the management office for any inter-floor leakage (internal unit) so that we can act upon it.
If you encounter any clogging issue, please engage a qualified plumber and do not use stick/rod to poke through the floor trap hole as it might cause the sewage/drainage piping cap to be dislodged, hence causing interfloor leaking to your lower unit.
Kindly refer to the Appendix 1
of the damage due to the sewage/drainage piping cap which can be dislodged by
force.
