Dear Residents,
REF : PRECAUTION TO AVOID INTER-FLOOR LEAKAGE
We are serving this notice as a gentle reminder to close your water taps (washing machine / toilet bidet) should your unit is unoccupied.
All floor traps should not be blocked by any object.
If you encounter water clogging issue, kindly engage professional plumber for the rectification work and NEVER poke the drainage hole with any object as it might dislodge the drainage trap cover, causing unnecessary damage(inter-floor leakage) to the lower unit.
