Dear Valued Residents,

REF : SWITCH OFF WATER HEATER WHEN NOT IN-USE AND DO NOT POUR BOILING WATER INTO THE DRAINAGE (FLOOR TRAP)

As a gentle reminder for all residents in Teega , kindly SWITCH OFF the water heater when not in-use and DO NOT pour boiling water into the drainage (floor trap).

Please be informed that the having hot boiling water in your drainage might damage the drainage pipes as hot boiling water can soften or even slightly melt the joint of PVC pipes, hence causing the piping trap cap to be dislodged.

We appreciate for  your cooperation and assistance given to us in order to making Teega a convenience communal living home.
