REF : IMPLEMENTATION OF SALES & SERVICES TAX (SST)
Refer to the
matter above, please be informed that Sales & Service Tax (SST) charges are
mandatory for Retail and Office Maintenance Charges.
Note : Sinking Fund, Quit Rents, Fire Insurance and Water Charges are
exempted.
Please be aware that Sales & Services Tax (SST) charges shall commence starting 1st October 2020 for Retail & Office parcel owners only.
