Dear Valued Residents,
REF : SHORT-TERM RENTAL (STR) LOCKER RENTAL RATE REVISION
After much consideration of the current situation by the Joint Management Committee, we are pleased to offer a reduction of Short-Term Rental (STR) Locker Rental charges from RM50.00 to RM20.00 per month.
This offer shall commence starting from 1st October 2020 with the revised charges rate RM20.00 per month. Please be informed that the locker rental is “first come first serve basis” and the rate shall be revised from time to time.
Kindly liaise with Management Office to register your interest.
