Dear Valued Owners,
REF : ADVANCE PAYMENT INCENTIVE CLARIFICATION
Refer to the above matter please be informed that the Management have introduced the advanced payment incentive for parcel owners who are paying in advance for both Maintenance Charges and Sinking Fund since 1st September 2020.
In accordance to the 11th JMB Meeting Minutes(2nd Term), item 3.9, please be informed that starting 1st September 2020, all parcels owners who are paying Maintenance Charges and Sinking Fund in advance shall receive incentive (Credit Note) as below:
- 6 months payment in advance: 3.0%
- 12 months payment in advance: 6.0%
The incentive shall be credited to your account via Credit Note(CN) once the required amount is paid accordingly. Do take note that the advance payment cannot be executed via the Selfcare portal. Hence, kindly remit via internet banking or cash/cheque payment at the frontdesk.
