REF : SUBMISSION OF TENANCY AGREEMENT TO MANAGEMENT OFFICE
Refer to the matter above, please be informed that, it is MANDATORY to submit your Tenancy Agreement to the Management Office for the units that are rented out to Long Term Rental (LTR > 6 months) Tenant.
In accordance with our Teega additional by-laws Section 9.2 a. & b.. (Refer to Appendix 1)
Hence, we seek for your cooperation to submit the tenancy agreement and to register your LTR Tenant with Management Office in order to avoid any inconvenience caused later.
Do walk-in to the Management Office or email to teega.general@teega.com.my for the submission & registration.
