REF : SWITCH OFF WATER SUPPLY IF YOUR UNIT IS UNOCCUPIED
As a gentle reminder, kindly SWITCH OFF your main incoming water supply to the unit if you are away for more than a week.
Please
be informed that we have encountered several incidents pertaining to dislodging
of piping from washing machine, basin, bidet and etc. These incidents had
caused inter floor leaking due to excess
water ponding over-flowing out from the affected areas.
There were also cases of continuous outflow of water from the water closet (W.C.)
due to defective flushing system.
Hence, we appreciate for your cooperation and assistance given to us in order to making Teega a convenience communal living home.
If you need assistance to close the water supply from our riser room, do not hesitate to contact the management at 07-287 7303 (Residences) / 07-287 7313 (Suites) during office hours.
