COVID-19 Positive Case (Update)

Dear Valued Residents,

REF : COVID-19 Positive Case Update
Refer to the notice dated 15th March 20201, The Management would like to inform that the COVID-19 positive resident from Teega Suites was transferred to the quarantine center by Ministry of Health (KKM) on 15th March 2021.

The affected tenant’s family COVID-19 swab test result came back negative on 17th March 2021 and under the obligation to stay-put in their unit as per KKM’s instruction. A second COVID-19 test shall be conducted on 23rd March 2021.

We would like to remind all residents to register with Management if you are under house quarantine as we can assist on essential supplies/food delivery to your door step and refuse disposal from your door step.

We would like to remind all residents to stay calm and adhere to all our COVID-19 prevention SOP.

  1. Mandatory to wear a proper face mask at all time when at common property.
  2. Mandatory to scan MySejahtera QR Code or Teega QR Code.
  3. Mandatory to perform body temperature check if exceeding 37.5⁰C , please seek for medical assistance.
  4. No social gathering at common areas and a minimum of 1.5meter social distancing is mandatory.
  5. Wash or sanitize your hands when exiting/entering your unit.

Disinfection (fogging) work was conducted 15th March 2021 on the affected areas. Nevertheless,  the cooperation from residents are much needed to comply with Teega additional by-laws & SOP in order to ensure the peaceful and safe communal living environment.

We shall continue to inform all owners / tenants of any reported positive Covid-19  case (if any reported) so as to avoid speculation / fake news / unwarranted rumours and panic.
