We would like to convey the following message from our Developer – UEM Sunrise received on 16th March 2021.
“Dear Valued Customers,
We wish to inform you that The Defect Liability Period (DLP) for Teega has been overdue since March 2019 and the email phd.teega@uemsunrise.com will be permanently closed.
For further enquiries, please contact our Customer Contact Centre at 1800 888 008 or +603-2711 8008 (for international call) or email us at customercare@uemsunrise.com. Monday to Sunday from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm (excluding Public Holiday).
*If you have yet to collect your unit keys, you may do so at the Puteri Harbour Lounge. If customer do not collect keys within 14 working days upon notification, the keys are deemed to be collected and UEMS is not liable to the property.
