REF : CLARIFICATION ON STRATA TITLE FOR TEEGA DEVELOPMENT
Pertaining to the subject matter above, we would like to convey the following message from our developer – UEM Sunrise Berhad dated on 19th March 2021
“Dear All,
We wish to inform that we have submitted application for Strata Title to the Land Office and the application is being processed.
However, they have requested for the additional documents to be submitted to Jabatan Penilaian dan Pengurusan Harta (JPPH) for valuation of the development to be based on the current value.
We are now preparing the documents and are following up closely with the Land Office to expedite the process.
Based on the current
status, we expect the Strata Title to be issued by 3rd quarter of 2022.
