REF : CAR WASH BAY
Refer to the matter above, we would like to remind all residents to adhere to our additional by-laws, section 6.4 Car Wash Bays ;
b. Residents shall ensure that the tap us properly turned off after use, and shall keep the area clean and tidy after each use.
– Kindly ensure the pipe hose is kept in proper manner after each usage.
– Kindly ensure all dirt, stain and debris on the floor are cleaned after removing your vehicle from the bay. No lubricant & oil material are allowed at the bay.
– Please be reminded to conserve water when washing your vehicle.
Therefore, we hope you can give us full cooperation and support ; to ensure a clean, peaceful and communal living environment for all residents & tenants in Teega.
