REF : 4th Annual General Meeting Notice
Refer to the matter above, we are pleased to inform you that our 4th Annual General Meeting shall convene on 25th September 2021 (Saturday), 11.00am.
It will be our first ON-LINE (via ZOOM platform) General Meeting and we encourage all parcel owners to participate.
On-line registration shall start at 8.00am and our staff will perform ID verification check and to provide the E-Voting code to eligible voters.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all parcel owners who have participated in the effort not to receive the physical 4th AGM notice by AR registered post. We have managed to save an amount of RM3,809 (comparing to the past General Meeting) from the AR registered postage fees.
