Dear Valued Owners,

REF : SELFCARE Portal Payment Gateway

Refer to the notice dated 27th March 2020, we would like to urge all parcel owners to make payments using the Selfcare Portal Payment Gateway (Ipay88). Kindly refer to Appendix 1 for more info.

Transactions performed using the Selfcare Portal Payment Gateway shall be captured real-time (official receipts shall be issued immediately) and no manual reconciliation is required by the Management staff. This will eliminate any potential unidentified transactions.

All surcharges from the Ipay88 gateway shall be absorbed by the Joint Management Body (JMB), hence no additional charges shall be imposed to owners who opted for this gateway payment mode.

However, for owners who still insist of payment via cheques, online-banking and cash deposit machine, we would like to advise you to send us the proof of the transactions to teega.account@teega.com.my, as the manual reconciliation shall take 1 – 2 working days before the official receipt can be issued.

Should you have any enquiry or doubt pertaining your transactions which was not captured and ended up in the unidentified listing pool, do not hesitate to contact the Management at 07-2877303 (Residences)/07-2877313 (Suites) or Whatsapp (+6017-9817313) during office hours.
