REF : Unidentified Transactions Listing Update
Refer to the above, we would like to inform you that our total unidentified transactions listing since March 2017 had accumulated to RM100,534 as at 20th August 2021 for both JMB CIMB account(8603339277) & Developer Maybank account.
Note : Developer Maybank account was closed in Apr-2019

Transactions performed without indication of unit number or email communication to Management (teega.account@teega.com.my) might end up in the unidentified transactions listing pool.
We would like to remind all parcel owners to inform us if you have made any transactions to the Joint Management Body CIMB account number (8603339277) via bank transfer, cash deposit machine or cheques without indicating the unit number or information which is crucial for us to perform the manual reconciliation.
We urge all parcel owner to use our Selfcare platform Ipay88 payment gateway as all surcharges shall be absorbed by the Joint Management Body (JMB), hence no additional charges shall be imposed to owners who opted for this gateway payment mode.
However, for owners who still insist of payment via cheques, online-banking and cash deposit machine, we would like to advise you to send us the proof of the transactions to teega.account@teega.com.my or upload in the Selfcare , as the manual reconciliation shall take 1 – 2 working days before the official receipt can be issued.
Should you have any enquiry or doubt pertaining your transactions which was not captured and ended up in the unidentified listing pool, do not hesitate to contact the Management at 07-2877303 (Residences)/07-2877313 (Suites) or Whatsapp (+6017-9817313) during office hours.
