REF : 4th Annual General Meeting(AGM) Pre-registration
Refer to the above, we would like to inform you that we will be conducting the 4th AGM pre-registration on the following date ;
Date : 24th September 2021 (Friday)
Time : 10.00am to 6.00pm
Zoom Meeting ID: 280 029 6507
Passcode: (please refer to the notice posted in the community portal or on notice board)
We encourage your participation so that your registration can be done earlier. If you are an eligible voter (list to be published on 23rd September 2021), you shall be given the e-voting code (4 alphanumeric code) which shall be valid for the coming 4th AGM e-voting login.
Your Zoom Display Name shall be set to follow our naming convention and kindly remember to pre-set it when entering the Zoom session on 25th September.
If you use the correct naming convention, you shall be identified to enter the main room immediately without going through the hassle of registration process again in the breakout room.
IMPORTANT NOTE : MUST REMEMBER the following ;
(a) e-voting code (4 alphanumeric code)
(b) Zoom Display Name convention (to be set during the registration at breakout room)
(c) e-voting platform link (https://teega.imttech.co/prod/agenda-voting)
