Dear Valued Parcel Owners,
REF : Units without TNB meter and direct connection electricity supply
Refer to the above, we would like to clarify on the issue pertaining to direct connection electricity supply of parcel units.
On 12th November 2018, we have escalated to Developer pertaining to a total of 282 units identified to have electricity supply direct connection without any meter attached to.
Kindly refer to the attached Appendix 1 for the list of involved units.
Upon the escalation, involved units were contacted by Developer to proceed with the TNB meter application process. Refer to the notice dated 19th November 2019, a balance of 33 units remaining which the owners could not be contacted by Developer.
All fuses were removed in July 2019 to prevent the direct connection. In addition, in May 2020, the direct connection(cabling) electrical supply was cut off as an additional measure.
We urge the involved owners listed in Appendix 1 to contact Management Office for clarification by 31st October 2021.
