Dear Valued Residents,
REF : MAINTENANCE FUND(MF) & SINKING FUND(SF) MONTHLY CHARGE RATE
Refer to the matter above, please be informed that the monthy charge rate per share unit for MF & SF shall be reduced from RM3.35 to RM3.10 and RM0.34 to RM0.31 respectively starting 1st November 2021.
Kindly refer to Appendix 1 – Form 5A.
The Monthly Charge rate reduction was approved in the 4th Annual General Meeting as the Ordinary Resolution #3 was carried. For owners who have paid advance for the month November 2021 and beyond, we shall allocate your payment to follow the new rate starting 1st November 2021.
Besides the Monthly Charge rate reduction, both the Quit Rent & Fire Insurance for 2022 shall be integrated into the MF monthly charges, hence you will not receive any back-charge billing for the 2 items starting term 2022, in accordance with the Ordinary Resolution #2 which was carried in the 4th Annual General Meeting.
