Dear Valued Parcel Owners,
REF : ADVANCE PAYMENT INCENTIVE CLARIFICATION
Refer to the above matter please be informed that the Management shall continue with the advanced payment incentive for parcel owners who are paying in advance for both Maintenance Charges and Sinking Fund.
In accordance with Ordinary Resolution #7 carried in 4th Annual General Meeting, please be informed that all parcels owners who are paying maintenance charges and sinking fund in advance shall receive incentive (Credit Note) as below:
- 6 months payment in advance: 3.0% incentive
- 12 months payment in advance: 6.0% incentive
The incentive shall be credited to your account via Credit Note(CN) once the required amount is paid accordingly. Do take note that the advance payment cannot be executed via the Selfcare portal. Hence, kindly remit via internet banking or cash/cheque payment at the frontdesk.
