REF : GENERAL MEETING NOTICE DELIVERY BY AR REGISTERED POST REQUEST
In accordance with the Motion #6 – Subject : AGM Package Delivery which was carried in the 4th Annual General Meeting, please take notice that the subsequent General Meeting Notices shall be disseminated electronically via email, community portal (Selfcare) and website (teega.com.my).
In line with Motion #6, we urge parcel owners to furnish us with their written request and/or contact us, should you want to continue to receive the General Meeting Notices (package) as we are obliged by the Strata Management Act 2013 to do so.
Kindly refer to Appendix 1 for the extract of the 4th Annual General Meeting Minutes on Motion #6.
In the event we do not receive your written request (email to teega.general@teega.com.my) to continue to receive the General Meeting Notice via AR registered post , we shall proceed to deliver the General Meeting package electronically only, aligned to the effort for cost savings and environment-friendly.
