Refer to the matter above, please be informed that the Motion#5 was carried in the 4th Annual General Meeting.

Subject :
Covid-19 Financial Relief – 3 months management fee waiver possible additional one month based on management operating P&L

“In light of the pandemic, all proprietor are suffering financially, to ease the crunch, it is proposed Teega to have a Covid-19 financial relief program that can be extended to a total of 4 months waiver subject to operational P&L. ie. proprietors will pre-pay 2 month per quarter to have the 3rd month of the quarter management fee waived.“

As confirmed and deliberated in the JMC Meeting No.2, the COVID-19 Financial Relief Program shall kick-start in January 2022 (Q1 2022).

Hence, for parcel owner who have paid advanced for Q1 (Jan’22, Feb’22 & Mar’22), the 3rd month(Mar’22) Charges shall be waived. Credit note shall be issued for the 3rd month waiver.

The program shall be extended to Q2(Apr’22, May’22 & Jun’22) & Q3 (Jul’22, Aug’22 & Sep’22).  Kindly refer to Appendix 1 on the waiver calculation example.

If the Operational P&L permits, the JMC shall review again if the 3rd month waiver scheme can be extended to Q4 (Oct’22, Nov’22 & Dec’22).

For parcel owners who have paid advanced for 6 months or 12 months, the incentive of 3% and 6% respectively shall be applied as well. Credit note shall be issued for the affected waived months.
