REF : SERVICE PROVIDERS (SECURITY & CLEANER) CONTRACT RENEWAL UPDATE
Refer to the subject above, we are pleased to announce both BGS Security & Fajar Sukma Cleaning contracts shall be renewed for term 2021/22 with the same workforce (no reduction to the headcount).
As discussed in the JMC Meeting No.2, the Management would like to receive feedback and comments from residents pertaining to the security & cleanliness level in Teega for the term 2020/21, before 15th November 2021.
With the received feedback and comments, the Management shall work with both the service providers to improve, enhance and to maintain the current standard level of our mixed development.
