Dear Valued Residents & STR Operators,
REF : SHORT TERM RENTAL (STR) ACTIVITIES RESUMPTION
In view of the National Recovery Plan Phase 4, by the order of Badan Pengurusan Bersama Menara Teega (resolution adopted in JMC Meeting No.2), the Management have decided to resume all STR activities in November 2021.
All Form 2 shall be processed by Management starting 1st November 2021 (Monday).
As we have tighten the Standard Operating Procedure for STR activities (https://teega.com.my/STR), it is mandatory for all STR Operators to complete Form 1A– ASSUMPTION OF RISK, WAIVER OF LIABILITY & INDEMNITY AGREEMENT before the operation and submit a copy to teega.general@teega.com.my.
All forms can be downloaded from https://teega.com.my/forms.
Failing to do so, the Management shall not process the Form 2 for the unit under your care.
All STR guests are required to complete Form 2A – ASSUMPTION OF RISK, WAIVER OF LIABILITY & INDEMNITY AGREEMENT prior to the check-in.
