Dear Valued Residents,
REF : TEEGA PUTERI HARBOUR (SELF-CARE) MOBILE APP & WEB PORTAL MAJOR UPGRADE
Refer to the matter above, please be informed that our Teega Puteri Harbour (SELF-CARE) mobile app and web portal shalll have a major system security upgrade.
Hence, there will be a scheduled downtime for Teega Puteri Harbour’s system portal and app from Tuesday 16th November 2021, 1.00pm to 2:00pm (1 hour).
During this upgrade window, Teega Puteri Harbour’s System (Selfcare) mobile app & web portal shall be inaccessible, and all email deliveries will be paused.
This is a major update, please carefully read the items below ;
- NEW & upgraded Homepage for Teega Puteri Harbour app, all features & modules remains the same.
- NEW launching of Teega Puteri Harbour mobile app on HuaWei App Gallery.
- After the downtime, ALL owners/residents are REQUIRED to DELETE the Teega Puteri Harbour app and REINSTALL the mobile app from AppStore/PlayStore. DO NOT click the “update” button from the AppStore/PlayStore.
