Dear Valued Residents & STR Operators,
REF : PROHIBITION OF HOME SELF-QUARANTINE FOR STR ACTIVITIES
Refer to the matter above, a written resolution dated 06th November 2021 was carried to prohibit Short Term Rental (STR) activities for home self-quarantine purposes.
A penalty of not exceeding RM200.00 (Malaysia Ringgit Two Hundred Only) per incident can be imposed by the Management under Strata Management Act 2013 for the violation.
The Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any STR guests who are suspected to be under home self-quarantine. STR Operator which have violated the prohibition, shall be barred from operating STR activities until further notice.
