Advance Payment (via iPay88) function is ready for Selfcare Mobile APP platform
We are pleased to announce that the advance payment function is now ready for Selfcare Mobile APP platform.
Kindly ensure your downloaded app’s version is 5.0.18 and above.

Do not Sign Up as your registered email address is the Username. Kindly email teega.general@teega.com.my if you have forgotten your login or password.
In your SelfCare Mobile App Dashboard, click on FINANCIALS > BILLS & PAYMENTS

Kindly wait for few seconds for the “$” sign to appear on the top right corner. Click on the “$” icon to proceed.

Kindly wait for the page to load all the invoices and scroll down if you wish to click on the Select All tick box for selecting all the invoices to be paid.
This is a new feature added to assist parcel owner who does not want to click one by one for the listed invoices/billings for payment.

For paying advance, input the amount which you wish to pay for advance via iPay88 and click PAY NOW to proceed.
Next, you will be forwarded to the Ipay88 gateway payment page.
Kindly select the preferred payment method.

After the payment is successful, Official Receipt shall be generated immediately. We strongly encourage all parcel owners to utilize this platform for payment, as you can also use the Online Banking method for the payment to avoid any unidentified transactions from occurring.
As of now, credit card/eWallet transaction/processing fees shall be absorbed by JMB.
