Dear Valued Parcel Owners,
REF : CLARIFICATION ON MONTHLY BILLING AND ADVANCED PAYMENT
Due to recent high queries pertaining the matter above, we would like to provide a brief explanation as follow ;
(1) Monthly Billing – for Maintenance Charges & Sinking Fund only.\
– Billing / Invoice shall be issued during the first week of every month, regardless if the payment has been made.
(2) Advanced Payment
– All advanced payment shall be issued with an official receipt (OR) and captured under Open Credit in the Statement of Account (SOA)
The Management staff will reconcile the Monthly Charges by knocking off the Open Credit monthly (manually). For parcel owners who wish to pay the Water Meter charges with the Open Credit, kindly inform us to do so.

Hence, we strongly encourage parcel owners to review the latest Statement of Account (SOA) from the Selfcare Portal / App if you have any doubt or query.
