REF : COVID-19 FINANCIAL RELIEF PROGRAM UPDATE FOR Q1 MARCH’22 WAIVER
Refer to the matter above, we would like to provide an update on the listing of parcel owners who have participated for the Quarter 1 FY2022 – March 2022 waiver.
Kindly refer to the Appendix A for the list of parcel owners who shall enjoy the March 2022 waiver. Monthly billing/invoice shall continue as normal but a credit note shall be issued to offset the monthly MF charges & SF fund. If there is any discrepancy found, kindly contact the Management Office for assistance.
A gentle reminder for Quarter 2 FY2022 – June 2022 waiver for parcel owners who have yet to pay advance for the MF charges & SF fund for April 2022 & May 2022. Please do so before 31st March 2022.
- Quarter 2 FY2022 : Apr/May/Jun 2022
Owners must pre-pay the 2 months (Apr & May 2022) Maintenance Charges & Sinking Fund by latest 31st March 2022 to have the 3rd month (Jun 2022) of the Maintenance Charges & Sinking Fund waived, by way of a credit note.
