Dear Valued Residents,

REF : “TRANSITION TO ENDEMIC” PHASE

First of all, we would like to welcome residents back to your home in Teega with the border restriction to be lifted starting 1st April 2022. In accordance to the “Transition to Endemic” Phase (Appendix 1), the Management shall continue to execute the following measures ;

(1) Management Office is open to Walk-In and no appointment is required.

(2) Visitors are allowed with the approval by the Management. Hence, it is mandatory for resident to REGISTER for any visitor (via Form 7) and contractors/cleaners (via Form 5) to management office before the arrival. (3) Mandatory for all visitors &  contractors to use Mysejahtera QR code scanning upon entering the premise. Visitors & contractors with body temperature reading exceeding 37.5°C shall be barred from entering the premise.
Only personnel who have the Mysejahtera status of “Low Risk” or “Casual Contact Low Risk” is allowed into the premise.

(4) All residents/visitors/contractors MUST continue to ADHERE to the COVID-19 prevention SOP;
(a) To maintain social distancing at least 1 meter ;
(b) To wear proper face mask ;
(c) To utilize the hand sanitizer provided at designated locations;
(d) To maintain cleanliness at our common areas and all facilities.

(5) All service providers shall continue to operate as normal but mandatory to perform daily body temperature checking and to wear proper face mask at all time.

(6) Renovation works are allowed.
Application (via Form 5 or Form 5A) must be completed and approved by Management  prior to any renovation works. Forms can be downloaded from https://teega.com.my/forms and email to teega.general@teega.com.my.

(7) Moving-in/out activities are allowed.
Applicant for moving-in/out shall require to complete Form 6 and to be approved by Management.

(8) All Facilities shall continue to operate.
       (i) Only for residents who have completed the full vaccination (14 days after the 2nd dose or 21
            days after the single dose type vaccine) and Mysejahtera status of “Low Risk” or “Casual
            Contact Low Risk”.
      (ii) As for residents who yet to complete the vaccination, their MySejahtera status must be “Low Risk” or “Casual
Contact Low Risk” in order to use outdoor non-contact sports facilities (pool & tennis court) only, and must
adhere to dynamic distancing when using the facility.
       (ii) All facilities shall open as per the operation hours (https://teega.com.my/our-facilities/)

(9) Essential supplies & food delivery services are allowed. Collection is strictly at Level G Lobby areas except for resident who is under house quarantined (registered with Management office).

(10) To continue regular disinfection works on common areas such as in lift, lift call buttons, all relevant door handles and etc.

(11) Cash transaction is not encouraged. Hence, it is advisable for residents to use Ipay88 payment or online transfer via Selfcare portal for Maintenance Charges, Sinking Fund and misc. payments to Badan Pengurusan Bersama Menara Teega. (https://teega.com.my/ipay88)
