Dear valued Residents,
Ref : Late Payment Interest(LPI) clarification & LPI invoice date change
Please be informed that the late payment interest (LPI) invoice shall be issued on 1st day of every month (excluding Sunday or Public Holiday) with the cut off date on 28th of the previous month. This effort is to synchronize the invoicing date for Late Payment Interest with the Maintenance Charges, Sinking Fund and Water Bill ; to start on the month of June 2022.

Notes:
1. Terms of payment : As in accordance with the date due stated above.
Late Penalty Interest(LPI) of 10% per annum shall be charged(auto-generated) on outstanding
amount after due date which is 14 days (as per SMA 2013) plus 14 days (for reconciliation),
in total of 28 days after the invoice date.
Late Penalty Interest(LPI) shall be reflected in each billing cycle on 1st of the month..
