REF : COVID-19 FINANCIAL RELIEF PROGRAM UPDATE FOR Q3 SEPT’22 WAIVER
Refer to the matter above, we would like to provide an update on the listing of parcel owners who have participated for the Quarter 3 FY2022 – Sept 2022 waiver. If there is any discrepancy found, kindly contact the Management Office for assistance.
Kindly refer to the Appendix A for the list of parcel owners who shall enjoy the Sept 2022 waiver. Monthly billing/invoice shall continue as normal, but a credit note shall be issued to offset the monthly MF charges & SF fund. The process of credit note (after the Sept 2022 billing) might take up to 21 days due to the manual process. So, please be patient and do not hesitate to contact us if you have query.
A gentle reminder for Quarter 3 FY2022 – Sept 2022 waiver for parcel owners who have yet to pay advance for the MF charges & SF fund for July 2022 & August 2022. Please do so before 30th June 2022.

Owners must pre-pay the 2 months (July & August 2022) Maintenance Charges & Sinking Fund by latest 30th June 2022 to have the 3rd month (Sept 2022) of the Maintenance Charges & Sinking Fund waived, by way of a credit note.
