REF : COVID-19 FINANCIAL RELIEF PROGRAM FOR Q4 DEC’22 WAIVER

Refer to the matter above, we would like to inform to all parcel owners that the Covid-19 Financial Relief Program for Quarter 4 (Dec’22 waiver) was reviewed and approved in the JMC Meeting No.8 term 2021/22.

A gentle reminder for Quarter 4 FY2022 – Dec 2022 waiver for parcel owners who have yet to pay advance for the MF charges & SF fund for October 2022 & November 2022. Please do so before 30th Sept 2022 to enjoy the December 2022 waiver.

Quarter 4 FY2022 : Oct/Nov/Dec 2022

Owners must pre-pay the 2 months (October & November 2022) Maintenance Charges & Sinking Fund by latest 30th Sept 2022 to have the 3rd month (Dec 2022) of the Maintenance Charges & Sinking Fund waived, by way of a credit note.
