Dear Valued Parcel Owners,
REF : SUBMISSION OF TENANCY AGREEMENT TO MANAGEMENT OFFICE (FINAL REMINDER)
Due to the recent reported cases of unlicensed property agents which have been blacklisted , we would like to remind all owners that it is MANDATORY to submit your Tenancy Agreement to the Management Office for the units that are rented out to Long Term Rental (LTR > 6 months) Tenant.
In accordance with our Teega additional by-laws Section 9.2 b.. (Refer to Appendix 1)
Hence, we seek for your cooperation to submit the tenancy agreement and to register your LTR Tenant with Management Office in order to avoid any inconvenience caused later. The Management shall conduct inspection and any violation of the additional by-laws, a fine of not exceeding RM200 can be imposed to the affected unit owner.
Do walk-in to the Management Office or email to teega.general@teega.com.my for the submission & registration.
