Dear Valued Residents,
REF : ADDITIONAL BY-LAWS BREACH PENALTY
Refer to the matter above, please be informed that the Management shall issue fine without any further notice/warning if resident is found to have breached the additional by-laws as per section 11.3(c) ;
Refer to Appendix 1 :
As we have received numerous complaints, the Management shall proceed to issue the fines accordingly if sufficient evidence is gathered for the violation.
Hence, we hope all residents can co-operate with us and to make Teega as the preferred communal living and working place in Puteri Harbour!
