Dear Valued Residents & Parcel Owners,
REF : FIRE INCIDENT AT RESIDENCE BLOCK A LEVEL 13A UNIT
Refer to the matter above, we were informed of the fire incident today at 8.20am as smoke and flame can be seen from the master room toilet’s windows of the affected unit.
Kindly refer to the Appendix 1 for the incident photos.
Our Emergency Response Team (ERT) was immediately alerted and the on-duty Security Officer Mr. Ananth Babu(member of the ERT) had put off the fire with the ABC Fire Extinguishers at 8.30am.
Fire & Rescue Team (Bomba) was also alerted concurently and arrived to the scene at 8.37am.
With the fast and prompt response, the fire was contained and extinguished within the affected unit’s master room’s toilet. There is no injury reported.
Fire & Rescue Team (Bomba) shall conduct the investigation with the forensic report on the cause of fire.
Therefore, we would like to advise all residents to be more vigilant especially on this matter.
Affected area at the Tower Residence A entrance(G Level) shall be cordoned off for cleaning activities for the shattered glass debris.
