REF : Short Term Rental (STR) for Residence Tower A, B & Cabana (Residence) Motion#5 clarification
I refer to the Notice issued yesterday on the STR for Residence and I wish to clarify that JMC has decided to put on hold the enforcement of Motion #5 on the advice of our legal counsel.
