Dear Valued Owners,
REF : AUTO DEDUCTION OF WATER CHARGES FROM OPEN CREDIT
Refer to the matter above, please be informed that Management shall deduct outstanding water charges from open credits (additional/advanced payments) for units that do not submit tenancy agreement to us.
You may also inform Management to deduct water charges from open credits should you have tenants but the water charges is paid by owners.
For owners who have tenants that are paying for the water charges, please inform Management so that we would not auto deduct from the open credits.
