Dear Valued Owners,
REF : GENTLE REMINDER FOR 2nd EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING (EGM)
Refer to the notice dated 23rd February 2023, we would like to remind you that our 2nd Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) shall convene on 18th March 2023 (Saturday), 10.00am at Teega Suites Function Room, Level ED (physical).
Registration shall start at 9.30am and our staff will perform ID verification check and to provide the E-Voting code to eligible voters.
A gentle reminder to all parcel owners, in order to be an eligible voter, parcel owner must ensure all the below charges are fully paid at least seven (7) days before the General Meeting (by 11th March 2023).
a. Maintenance charges up to 28th February 2023.
b. Sinking fund charges up to 28th February 2023.
c. All other charges including late payment interest up to 28th February 2023.
For appointing a proxy or company representative, the completed proxy form or company representative form must be deposited at the Management Office or email to us at teega.general@teega.com.my on or before 10.00am, Thursday, 16th March 2023.
