REF : GENERAL MEETING NOTICE DELIVERY BY AR REGISTERED POST REQUEST
Refer to the notice dated 22nd August 2022, please take notice that the subsequent General Meeting Notices shall be disseminated electronically via email, community portal (Selfcare) and website (http://teega.com.my).
In line with Motion #6, we urge parcel owners to furnish us with their written request (by completing the letter in Appendix 2) and/or contact us before 11th September 2023, should you want to continue to receive the General Meeting Notices (package) as we are obliged by the Strata Management Act 2013 to do so.
In the event we do not receive your written request (email to teega.general@teega.com.my) if you wish to continue to receive the General Meeting Notice via AR registered post before 11th September 2023 , we shall proceed to deliver the General Meeting package electronically only, aligned to the effort for cost savings and environment-friendly.
