Dear Valued Residents,
REF : ILLEGAL PARKING DETERRENT
Refer to the above, the Management would like to encourage and advise parcel owners/residents who are facing issue with illegal car parking at their accessory parking lots ; to purchase the following items (which can be purchased in Shopee/Lazada) to be placed at their parking lot.
(a) No Parking Cone (Cost not exceeding RM20 per unit)
(b) Remote Control – Car Park Lock (Cost not exceeding RM300 per unit)
For item (b), you can engage in-house handyman to install by completing the Form 12 with a minimum charge of RM50. https://teega.com.my/forms
