REF: SALES & SERVICES TAX (SST) INCREASE FROM 6% TO 8% EFFECTIVE FROM 1ST MARCH 2024.

Refer to the above matter, please be informed that the Sales & Services Tax (SST) will increase from 6% to 8% starting from 1st March 2024.

Please be informed that Sales & Service Tax (SST) charges are mandatory for Retail and Office Maintenance Charges. The Sales & Services Tax (SST) charges of 8% shall be implemented starting from 1st March 2024 for Retail & Office parcel owners only.
