Dear Valued Residents,
REF : NO OBSTRUCTION/ENROACHMENT TO COMMON PROPERTY
Referring to the matter above, we would like to remind all residents not to leave or store any personal belongings on common property.
In accordance with Teega by-laws, Section 4.0 under COMMON PROPERTY.
4.1 No obstruction at common property
Residents shall not place any personal property, plants or objects in any part or parts of the Common Property or encroach upon, use or enclose any part or parts of the Common Property or onto other Parcels for their own benefit or otherwise. The Management shall be entitled to remove all such objects, plants, encroachments or enclosures and the Resident in default shall indemnify the Management against all costs and expenses incurred as a result thereof.
Under Regulation 22, Third Schedule of the Strata Management (Maintenance and Management) Regulations 2015 ;
(4) A proprietor shall not leave or store any of his personal belongings such as shoes, potted plants and flowers, cabinets, shelves, vehicles and the like on the common property except with the prior written approval of the management corporation.
Offender shall be liable to a fine not exceeding RM200.00.
Therefore, we hope you can give us full cooperation and support; to ensure a clean, peaceful, and communal living environment for all residents & tenants in Teega. Let’s work together in order to make Teega as the preferred communal living and working place in Puteri Harbour!
