REF : UNIDENTIFIED TRANSACTION LISTING UPDATE
With reference to the above, we would like to inform you that the total amount of unidentified transactions since March 2017 has accumulated to RM135,435 as of 20th November 2024. This amount pertains to both the JMB CIMB account (8603339277) and the Developer Maybank account.(Note :Developer Maybank account was closed in April 2019.)
Transactions made without indicating the unit number or without email communication to Management (teega.account@teega.com.my) may end up in the unidentified transactions listing pool.
We kindly remind all parcel owners to notify us if you have made any payments to the Joint Management Body (JMB) CIMB account (8603339277) via bank transfer, cash deposit machine, or cheques, but failed to include your unit number or other essential information needed for manual reconciliation.
We encourage all parcel owners to use our Selfcare platform via the Ipay88 payment gateway for automatic reconciliation. Please note that all surcharges will be absorbed by the Joint Management Body (JMB), and no additional charges will be imposed on owners who choose this payment method.
However, for owners who prefer to pay via cheque, online banking, or cash deposit machine, we kindly ask that you send proof of the transaction to teega.account@teega.com.my or upload it to the Selfcare platform. Please be aware that manual reconciliation may take 1 to 2 working days before an official receipt can be issued.
