Dear Valued Residents,
REF : PARCEL RENT AND QUIT RENT STATUS FOR TEEGA DEVELOPMENT
Referring to the above, we would like to inform you that, starting from the year 2025, Johor has officially implemented the parcel rent system. However, for Teega Development, the property is still under the quit rent system, as the strata titles have yet to be issued.
Please note that the quit rent for 2025 has been paid on behalf of Teega by the Joint Management Body (JMB). If you need a copy of the quit rent receipt from Land Office (PTG), kindly email us at teega.general@teega.com.my.
The parcel rent will only apply once the strata title is released and the transition to parcel rent takes effect.
