With reference to the above matter, please be informed that in compliance with the directive from Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN), e-Invoicing will be implemented effective 1st July 2025.
If you require an e-Invoice for your maintenance, sinking fund, or other charges, kindly provide the following information to the Management Office:

📌 IMPORTANT REMINDER:
- Requests for e-Invoices must be made in advance or within the current billing month.
- Backdated e-Invoices for previous months cannot be issued under the e-Invoicing system.
