REF : IMPLEMENTATION OF E-INVOICING

With reference to the above matter, please be informed that in compliance with the directive from Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN), e-Invoicing will be implemented effective 1st July 2025.

If you require an e-Invoice for your maintenance, sinking fund, or other charges, kindly provide the following information to the Management Office:

Individual Details (For Individual Transactions)Company Details (For Business Transactions)
Full NameCompany Name
Identification (ID) NumberRegistered Address
Billing AddressTax Identification Number (TIN)
Tax Identification Number (TIN)Business Registration Number
 SST Number (where applicable)

For non-Malaysian, the necessary information required is as follows:

Individual Details (For Individual Transactions)
Full Name
Identification (ID) Number
Billing Address
Tax Identification Number (TIN)

📌 IMPORTANT REMINDER:

  • Requests for e-Invoices must be made in advance or within the current billing month.
  • Backdated e-Invoices for previous months cannot be issued under the e-Invoicing system.
