REF: CLARIFICATION ON STRATA TITLE STATUS FOR TEEGA DEVELOPMENT BY UEMS (UPDATE)
Further to the notice dated 12th February 2025 (https://teega.com.my/2025/02/12/ref-clarification-on-strata-title-status-for-teega-development-by-uems-update-2/), please be informed that the process to issue the Strata Titles is currently underway as stated in the letter from the Developer.
Kindly refer to attached Appendix 1 for further information from Developer.
“Dear Mr Bill Chang,
We would like to provide an update on the status of Strata Title progress for Teega Puteri Harbour.
Please be informed that the Strata Surveyor has received Notice 5 from JUPEM, confirming the approval of the Certified Strata Plan on 07 Jul 2025. Subsequently, JUPEM submitted the eB4 plan to the Johor Land and Mines Office (PTGJ) in Aug 2025 to proceed with the Strata Title registration process.
The application has now entered the final stage of the Strata Title Process with PTGJ currently preparing the Strata Title registration. Given the large number of units involved for Teega, the process is expected to take additional time which may extend slightly beyond our earlier Q3 2025 target. On this basis, the Strata Surveyor has set a conservative target for completion by Dec 2025.
For your reference, please find attached the official letter on the Strata Title progress updates.
