Dear Valued Parcel Owners,
REF: CLARIFICATION ON STATUS OF STRATA TITLE FOR TEEGA DEVELOPMENT AND FINANCIAL IMPACT FROM BUDGET 2026 STAMP DUTY INCREASE.
Further to the notice dated 12th September 2025(https://teega.com.my/2025/09/12/ref-clarification-on-strata-title-status-for-teega-development-by-uems-update-3/), please be informed that the process for the issuance of Strata Titles is currently underway, as stated in the letter received from the Developer.
Kindly refer to the attached Appendix 1 for further information provided by the Developer.
“Dear Mr Bill Chang and En Md Razif,
Greetings from Sunrise Berhad.
We refer to your letter with reference no. BPBMT/UEMS/STRATA/20251015-01 dated 15 October 2025 regarding the above-mentioned subject.
Please be informed that UEM Sunrise has been actively engaging with the appointed Strata Surveyor to expedite the strata title issuance process. The current progress is summarised as follows:
1. The Strata Titles for Teega has been registered by PTGJB and collected by Strata Surveyor on 02 October 2025.2. The Strata Surveyor is currently undertaking a review and verification exercise to ensure that all parcel details are consistent with the approved strata plan and schedule, free from errors, and ready for release to the developer.3. Upon receipt, the Developer will perform a final review and record the relevant data in the system before notifying the appointed solicitors to commence the ownership transfer process.
We are closely monitoring the progress with the Strata Surveyor and have maintained active engagement and continuous follow-ups to ensure that the verification process is expedited.
Please rest assured that this matter remains our top priority, and we are fully committed to achieving the earliest possible completion of the strata title issuance.
For your reference, please find attached the official letter on the Strata Title progress updates which includes the updated milestones and timelines.
